Hi and welcome to this humble version of a generic X Window System Resources Page.
It contains some good book and website references/links, which I feel, would prove extremely useful to software developers requiring to either learn more on the topic or use as reference material.
These basically serve as supporting material and references to the "X Window System & MOTIF Programming" course that I teach.
Please note that I make no copyright claims to the books/references/links below, nor can I vouch for the authenticity of the same.

Instead of just mentioning the names of a few books and leaving it at that, the system I've used is simple, in a word: amazon! Yup, I've put up a few lists of recommended books (on various specified domains) on the always amazing Amazon website, specifically on it's Listmania! resource. Some immediate advantages with this approach is that you get to read useful reviews on these books, cross-link to related books and, of course, buy them, if you're so inclined.
